Fandango Quilt - Acrylic Patchwork Quilt Templates - 1/4 inch seam (3 pieces) - matches your copy of this pattern by Tula Pink
3 piece Acrylic Template Set - Custom-made Acrylic Patchwork Quilt Templates for "Fandango Quilt" - to match your copy of this pattern by Tula Pink.
These templates are laser-cut for accuracy, from 1/8th inch thick (3mm) Plexiglas or Cast Acrylic. Attractive, durable and easy to use, these templates allow for accurate rotary-cutting of up to 6 layers of fabric (depending on the sharpness of your blade).
Included are etched seamlines 1/4 inch inside the cutting edge, and laser-cut pin-holes at the seam intersections (2.5mm to fit Frixion erasable pen or HB pencil).
The "finished edge" straight length of Templates 2, 3 and 4 is 12 inches (excluding the 1/4 inch seam allowance). While the original pattern has 4 pieces, please note that Template 3 is the exact reverse of Template 2. So, to reduce the cost and shipping weight, I've combined these two pieces into one Reversible template. To use it, just turn the template over.
This item ships as a "Parcel < 500 grams" and DOES include TRACKING. Net weight of 3 Acrylic templates is 190 grams + Packing is 190 grams - making total weight for 1 set = 380 grams. (Packing includes heavy cardboard / plywood to protect the large corner piece during shipping). The packed weight of 2 sets is approx 760 grams or "under 1 kg" for shipping. (May19)
EXCLUSIONS: Pattern, Instructions & Fabric Yardage are NOT included in this listing. To complete this quilt, you will need to obtain the Pattern from another source. (Dec16-Apr2020)
Acrylic is 1/8th inch thick (or 3mm), the same as commercial quilting rulers, enabling accurate and speedy rotary-cutting of multiple layers of fabric. Templates are individually laser-cut, hand-polished and carefully wrapped and posted by me
SIZING OF ACRYLIC TEMPLATES: Please note that our templates are the exact size of the PDF pattern pieces, when they have been printed at "200% scaling", as indicated in the original pattern. However, if you have already made some fabric blocks from the paper pattern, which was not correctly "scaled" when printed, then there may be a slight discrepancy in size, when compared to blocks made from our Acrylic templates.
