La Passacaglia Quilt Templates - with 3/8 inch Seam Allowance, to match your copy of this pattern from the Book "Millefiori Quilts" by Willyne Hammerstein.
(Only, DOUBLE-SIZED). Hand-made, laser-cut from 1/8th inch Acrylic (like plexiglas or cast acrylic).
(NOTE: Above photos show the 1/4 inch seam - new photos to come shortly)
Use these accurate, durable templates to accurately trace and cut fabric for the Millefiori style quilt blocks. Originally a hand-pieced project as per the book, these larger templates also open up the option of making this quilt by Machine-Piecing.
The larger templates may also suit quilters who have difficulty handling the smaller original pieces. Please note: you will need to adjust the overall quilt pattern dimensions yourself, to suit the final quilt size you prefer.

These Acrylic templates will be hand-made to order, in your choice of 4 transparent colours: Pale Blue, Clear, Fluro Green, Fluro Pink (no extra charge) - Perfect for fussy cutting!

Original: DOUBLE-SIZED
Piece A: 1.25” 72 degree diamond - NOW: 2.5" finished
Piece B: 1.25” 36 degree diamond - NOW: 2.5"
Piece C: 1.25” Pentagon; - NOW: 2.5"
Piece D: 0.75” Pentagon - NOW: 1.5" (approx))
Piece E: 1.25” Isosceles Triangle, with 0.75" base. - NOW: 2.5" with 1.5" base (approx)
Includes: Added 3/8 inch seam allowance, etched seam-lines, laser-cut pin-holes at seam intersections (LARGER 2.2mm diameter, to fit HB Pencil or Frixion Erasable Pen), etched piece letter, and blunted corners on acute angles.

PLEASE NOTE: The original template size as per the book is based on a large Pentagon edge of 3 centimetres (Metric System) We have converted this to the nearest, workable "Imperial System of Inches" measurement - as overwhelmingly desired by most quilters. The difference between 3cm and 1.25 inches is a barely discernable 1.5 mm (which may be the width of your pencil line or a tiny variation of your 1/4 inch sewn seam allowance).
