Window Framed Squares - Acrylic Templates ("Hollowed Out Squares")
These useful tools make a great addition to your sewing and patchwork quilting gadget collection.
Terrific to use for hand-piecing: draw along the inside line of the square (for the sewing line), and along the outside line of the square (for the cutting line).
Made from 1/8th inch thick Acrylic (like Plexiglass) - strong, durable, and translucent, there is also a choice of 5 transparent colours available (at no extra charge). Photographs above are FLURO GREEN.
5 x Hollowed out Squares, + an inner square (1 inch square).
Sized as follows: (with laser-cut hollowed out centre space)
1 inch inner square + ¼ inch frame = 1.5 inch outer square
1.5 in inner square + ¼ inch frame = 2 inch outer square
2 in inner square + ¼ inch frame = 2.5 inch outer square
2.5 in inner square + ¼ inch frame = 3 inch outer square
3 in inner square + ¼ inch frame = 3.5 inch outer square.
