"NO Seam Allowance" Version - This allows you to trace around the templates (the drawn line becomes your sewing line, to assist with hand-piecing).
(NOTE: the above photo is the version with seam allowance - new photos will be up shortly).
These templates match your copy of this pattern, by the talented and well-known Australian quilt designer Judy Newman of "A Very Fine House". - Specifically: they match the 6 paper templates from the pattern that make up the "Central Motif Block". (A circle of approximately 19.5 inches diameter).
The 6 template pieces are: Outer Circle, Inner Circle, Star, Star Inset, Lower Segment and Upper Segment. These Acrylic template pieces are permanently etched with the Piece name, and cutting quantities. They include blunted corners on acute angles.
Made from transparent Acrylic which is 1/8th inch thick, or 3mm, which is the same as commercial rulers, these templates can help you to cut multiple pieces of fabric more quickly and accurately, using a rotary cutter. This is a great time-saver, especially when some of the pieces need to be cut between 8 to 24 times.

On your order, we will hand-make each set of laser-cut and hand-polished Acrylic Templates, using Cast Acrylic Sheeting or Plexiglas. The pattern name and piece letter is also engraved on each piece.
There is a choice of 4 transparent colours: "Fluro Pink, Fluro Green, Pale Blue or Clear". Net weight of templates is 240g.
